Vass and his team are extremely professional and thorough. They initially replied to a wood flooring job but after seeing that the flat needed a complete refurbishment, Vass offered his services to renovate the whole split level flat. We were happy with his suggestion and decided to award him the complete job. We were very pleased as Vass and his team had a tradesman for all types of work ie. electrics, plumbing, plastering etc. What I liked most about Vass's work was the attention to detail, going that extra mile to ensure a superb finish. Everyone that has seen the flat has been impressed with all aspects of work ie. wood flooring, spotlights, new slate bathroom, stunning kitchen, outside decking, plastering and decor, kitchen fitting, removal of walls to make rooms bigger etc. I will definitely be using Vass again for my next project. Vass is extremely polite, well spoken and friendly, open to suggestions, making it very easy to work with him. Anyone hiring Vass will not be disappointed and will end up with superb results whatever the job. Thank you Vass, your work is really appreciated, you are a thorough professional!

Dave and his crew were simply amazing! From the first visit, we clicked immediately. Dave was sympathetic to the design of the large garden wall and went well beyond our expectations in restoring it to its former glory. His advice and suggestions were spot on and worked so well. When the job was bigger than expected, (my mistake, not Dave’s) he just kept working and smiling. After they finished, the clean up was perfect. I will certainly be bringing them back for more work - but in the mean time, I've invited them back for a garden BBQ - now tell me, how many times would someone do that if they weren't completely thrilled with the work. They gave 110% and it shows! Thanks, Dave for everything – and let me say, Beresford will fly high!

I posted my refurbishment job on My Builder.com because my first choice builder was booked up, I am so pleased he was because I found Larry who has been a pleasure to work with. From the first conversation on the phone, he was honest, creative and knowledgable and I know saved me a significant sum of money, based on the advice and solutions he presented me with. His costings were transparent and negotiable and although the work was disruptive, Larry managed expectations of time scale honestly and accurately, so we could carry on with our lives as normally as possible. Larry is not your typical builder, he has an analytical mind and was always able to come up with logical solutions to the (few) problems we had. We collaborated and worked together, particularly when it came to the kitchen design and fit. He was totally focused on my job throughout and wasn't juggling other jobs at the same time. Although Larry did the majority of the work, he is an excellent electrician, plumber, builder and project manager, he brought in Lee, a master plasterer who stripped my hall, stairs and landing back to brick and re-plastered to a very high standard, he was also lovely to have around and took great care to make sure everything was as clean as possible before leaving for the day. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Larry (and Lee) to anyone looking for a builder with brains, solutions and a high standard of work.

If you are looking for an amazing builder with a great team,don't look any further. Richard is man you want to hire. The day I posted the job I have been in contact with some builders. But Richard was the only one who really took his time to come to my house and give an accurate quote. And what a reasonable quote! After speaking with him,I decided to hire him,and I do NOT regret it at all. Richard and his team have done an amazing job,they are very hardworking, very tidy(which was appreciated) and very friendly. Another thing is that Richard will go above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and deliver a perfect job. His communication was excellent,his price more than fair(there has been few extras that he didn't even charge me for). All in all,a wonderful experience, and very happy with the work he delivered, so much,that I am hiring him straight away for another job. So without hesitation ,I would say that the person you need for the job is him.

John did a superb job in replacing stair rails and spindles, so now the staircase is a real feature of my home. John and Neil also fitted new internal doors and skirting etc, and made good some mistakes from previous tradesmen as well. They were very friendly, worked hard, and left the areas clean and tidy. I am very impressed and thankful for the excellent work and would have no hesitation in either using John again or recommending him to others. Cheers!

Terrible! DO NOT hire this person. He was attaching a shelving unit to the wall. Drilled through a pipe which according to the plumber would have sprayed water out, therefore making him aware. He did not bother to tell me, but charged me anyway. Despicable. Leaked downstairs via ceiling, will cost hundreds ro repair. So dishonest.

We hired Build2Finish (Andy Kerik) to work in a renovation project in our recently bought house. Due to time constraints we could not project manage the works and we were looking for a Principal Contractor that could help us on that front as well. We interviewed a few contractors and we were impressed by Andy’s professionalism and approach to the works. After all formalities and due diligence were done, Andy was able to deploy a team in less than 4 days. As the works started, we suddenly realised there was a lot more to do than originally intended. Unexpected things happened (structural slab at hallway cracked, all ground floor joists were rotten, unexpected levels of rising damp, etc.) and the small job grew quite a lot. At each new milestone, Andy was always reassuring and helped us to stay on top of the works and budget as much as possible. I could go at lengths about each and every element of the job, but maybe is better to say that the works were finished on time and as much in budget as possible taking into account how much more we decided to do along the way (more built in cabinets, underfloor heating, etc.). As with every construction project there were highs and lows. Andy was always extremely professional and was able to manage his sub-contractors and defuse situations that could have made the project take longer and the budget to go out of control. I cannot recommend Andy enough and I am sure his business will continue to grow, so book him with time!
