This guy was a huge let down ! He hardly turned up , always had some excuse when we knew full well he was doing other jobs and simply lying all the time . Be warned he wants to paid every single day at the end of the day his rate of £175 . I would suggest that being self employed is something he should re consider as he can’t even get through 24 hrs without wanting to be paid ! Finally he left all the radiators and the plug sockets off our walls which we have to get put back at our own expense . He simply never came back on the days he was supposed and didn’t even have the decency to call or message to say he wasn’t turning up ! He also destroyed all our carpet as he can’t seem to use masking tape , instead ripping up the carpet and cutting it up with a Stanley knife so can’t be used again . Completely left us in the lurch and costing us more money to put things right !

From start to finish the team at AmPm were great. Steven contacted me throughout, talking through everything and keeping me up to date. Customer service was fantastic and the team that came out (roofer that initially came to quote, plasterer and Lee the business partner) were friendly, efficient and tidy. When we realised this wasn’t a job for a roofer straight away, Lee came out and worked quickly to make sure the area was safe before working out a plan of action with me. Steven consulted with me every step and I felt confident in the work being carried out. I can’t recommend them enough and will be using them again as they cover all aspects of property maintenance.

In the end the work could not be carried out as it was over ambitious and not well thought through on my part. Their advice and help throughout the process was indeed of great quality and I would not hesitate hiring them for similar jobs
