I felt I could trust Ivan from the first phone conversation we had and I wasn't disappointed. He quickly came to give me a quote and he was very clear with his explanations (the difficulties he could come across and different ways of doing the work). He and his colleague Peter spent a week fixing cracks on the wall, decorating, doing small repairs and assembling some furniture. Both he and his colleague Peter were lovely and also cared for what they were doing. Ivan was straight, professional, communicative and trustworthy all the way throughout. I definitely wouldn't hesitate hiring him again.

He was really quick to come and take a look at the job, gave a very reasonable quote, turned up on time and just got on with it - hard working, trustworthy, and professional. We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.
