Mark has recently completed a kitchen extension and garage conversion for us. Before hiring Mark we went to view some of his most recent projects. The customers confirmed what Mark had told us and were thrilled with the work he had completed. What first struck us about Mark was his extensive knowledge of building control regulations and what we could and couldn't do. Mark advised that the job would take approximately 6 weeks to complete. He explained in detail what was going to happen. Mark will agree that we were very fussy clients and had high expectations. Mark met our expectations. He co-ordinated all the trades throughout the build, all of which were very competent and reliable. Mark and his team turned up when they said they would, cleaned up at the end of each day and were friendly. Mark was not the cheapest quote we had but also not the most expensive. The quality of the materials he used gave clear indication of value for money. He didn't cut corners in any aspect of the build. It was so nice to deal with someone who was reliable and committed to the job, and this was also the case with every trade he bought in. The job took 5 weeks in total to do, including extras we asked for along the way. I can without doubt recommend Mark and his team. If you want reliability, quality, care and consideration of your property & skilled trades, then he is the builder for you.

Stefan, and associates, undertook house renovation, including a knock-through and RSJ. Sourced and installed steel and dealt with building control. Plastered and painted whole house, refitted kitchen and bathrooms. All work to a high standard, professional behaviour and good communication throughout - takes great care with requirements. Co-ordinated and made good the work of other trades, as well as cleaning up after them as well as his own work.

Darren was prompt in coming over to see what needed to be done and provided a quote for the work, he advised and kept me up to date on all stages of the work that needed doing with up to date bills so you new where you were at. They always turned up when they said and cleaned down after each shift. They were friendly and hard working and would do anything to help. They have done an excellent job and the work shows and everyone has commented on the how great the house and gardens now look will definitely use again for any future work and highly recommend.

Unfortunately didn't want to look at the job beforehand. Sent someone on the day we booked in with no way of protecting carpets and not even enough plaster to cover the ceiling meaning the job was cancelled on the day leaving me with a wasted day off work. Did attempt to rebook for another day however I obviously declined
