After months of planning every detail of my bathroom renovation, finding the right tiler was one of the most important decisions I made—and I couldn’t have chosen better. The workmanship throughout the project has been absolutely exceptional. The large-format porcelain tiles have been installed with incredible precision, and the porcelain mitre work is simply outstanding. Every edge is sharp, clean, and perfectly aligned, creating the seamless, luxury finish I was hoping for. The attention to detail in the mitres alone shows the level of skill and pride that has gone into this job. My bathroom includes a wet room area, floating wall-hung basin, wall-mounted brassware, and several challenging details that required careful planning and execution. Every element has been completed to an incredibly high standard. Hamid and his associate did an excellent job replacing the damaged ceiling following a leak from our hot water tank. They protected all our appliances and cupboards, cut out the damaged plasterboard, installed new board, skimmed it, repainted the ceiling and an adjacent wall and reinstalled a light fitting. Fast workers who took two days only because the skim needed to dry overnight before painting. Left everything clean and tidy overnight so we could still cook, and left the place spotless after finishing the job. Pretty sure I'll be using Hamid and his team again in the near future.

The job carried out by Mr Milani was done in an extremely rudimentary manner, with zero attention to detail and numerous lies throughout the process. He initially quoted £12,000 and promised completion within 2–3 weeks. In reality, the job took over 8 weeks and he demanded an additional £4,000 for plastering a small bathroom — a task he never actually completed, as he simply boarded it up instead. The measurements he provided for the stairs were completely wrong, and the tiling work is appalling — leaving gaps of nearly an inch between tiles and all tiles misaligned. I gave him the opportunity to rectify these issues, but as expected, he never did. This entire experience has been dreadful. I have lost significant time, money, a client, and even my sleep and health over this. His behaviour and workmanship are completely unacceptable. Do not hire him!

Radilina and the Full Circle team (especially Anton) were great throughout the project - would use again and recommend. I was a little sceptical given they had only just joined MyBuilder, but after speaking to Radilina, contacting references and seeing their work, I was happy to proceed. I was going to be abroad for 90% of the time, so it was critical somebody I could trust was left in charge. Radilina was very professional, always responsive and proactively contacted my throughout to keep me abreast of any developments. From working with Full Circle, it is clear that the finished product is important to them and they are passionate - rather than cut corners to speed things up, they finished to a great standard. Radilina made it very clear upfront what was and was not included in their quote, and the fact they were the only tradesperson who offered reasonable payment terms (i.e. not 50% upfront) made me confident they could manage their cashflow and weren't trying to screw me over. The quote was neither the cheapest nor most expensive, but it felt most realistic. There were a couple of small problems (as with all projects) - the removal of an unusual structural wall caused a few days of delays (not their fault), and it wasn't always clear what the exact additional costs would be (more due to my inexperience and poor budgeting than anything) - but am delighted with the final product and happy to provide references/visits for prospective clients.
