Jack is clearly a time-served builder who also happens to be up to date with modern regs and materials. This wasn't a small project and of all the guys who looked at it he truly inspired confidence that he knows his stuff and will make sure he and his team will do a good job without cutting corners yet still work fast. He also has a keen eye on where he can save you money on the job which is a rare thing indeed. I look forward to working with him again.

Matt and Ashleigh have helped us out massively since we started using them as a contractor for our large portfolio of rental properties in the Stoke on Trent, and wider ‘Staffs’ areas. Harrisons Property Services came as a recommendation when we posted a Facebook search looking for additional tradespeople in the area. Since we first contacted them, they have been fab! Communication with us by calls, text and emails has been great. But also the same for our tenants, keeping everyone ‘in the loop’ at all times. Always glowing reviews from our tenants about Matt and Ashleigh, and the tenants tell me how much better things are operating recently, with contractors turning up when agreed, and the communication, professionalism, cleanliness and quality of workmanship being at a much higher standard. If there’s a job they can’t do, they’ll know someone who can, so my job as a landlord is ten times easier because it’s just one phone call. Furthermore, we are now finding the cause of issues, rather than masking them up. When it comes to pricing, Harrisons are upfront, honest and very reasonable. All prices are provided upfront for authorisation before any works commence. Anything extra, they always seek authorisation so there’s no nasty surprises. In just a few months, our professional working relationship has grown stronger and stronger, to the point I would consider Matthew and Ashleigh friends who have our businesses best interests at heart. I have had to call them out of hours once and felt terrible for doing so, but it really wasn’t an issue for them. With all of the above considered, I can’t recommend them enough! Should anybody require any further information or photographic evidence of the works they have carried out, I’d be more than happy for them to contact me.

Extensions- 12 Nov 2020
It has now been over 12 months since our extension was completed by Darren and his team. We are extremely grateful to him for creating such a beautiful additional space to our home. Throughout the experience Darren and his team behaved in a professional manner. The work was completed to a very high standard in a reasonable timescale. This took place while we lived in the property and throughout, there was a high degree of respect for our privacy and comfort. Our extension is at the rear of the property and is the full width of the house. It is finished with bifold doors and provides us with a lovely view of our large garden. There is an ample patio area finished in Indian stone as the garden was excavated and a new retaining wall was built to match the brick work of the extension. This room is now classed as our living room and consists of my dream kitchen complete with a large island housing a built under sink and hob. It allows me to look out into the room whilst I am preparing meals. Opposite the kitchen is a lounge area and at the back of the room is the dinning area, therefore it is all contained in one large room. It was extended by just over 3 metres and has 4 velux windows in the cathedral roof. Glass french doors lead into the existing lounge. It is very light and bright as the back of the property is south facing. When the bifolds are open it feels like the garden is part of the room. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren and his team.

Absolutely fantastic. Luke's work is spot on, he's also very polite, communicates well and was very efficient. He was able to give me a price from the offset which he stuck to. He replaced floor tiles and skirting board in my utility room and put up some coving in my spare room, all looks fantastic and he left the areas nice and tidy, can't recommend him enough!
