Adam removed a load bearing wall for us between our kitchen/living room and bricked up an old external door and replaced with a new window. He was very reliable and efficient, and was always happy to help with any questions we had throughout the building work. I would happily use Adam again and would recommend him to others.

We hired Spartan to insulate and board our garden room, working around existing electrical wiring. They were responsive, transparent, and never pushy, even advising us against a skim finish we didn't actually need, which gave us real confidence in their integrity. The work itself is excellent; our electrician, who came back afterwards, commented independently on how well it had been done. They were clearly hard workers, putting in long days without complaint to get the job done properly, and sorted an unexpected shortfall in materials without fuss rather than cutting corners. They were also happy to accommodate extras that weren't originally quoted for, such as guttering, which they fitted for us as a paid add-on, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Throughout, it felt like they genuinely wanted to do a good job, not just say they would. On top of all that, they were friendly and genuinely pleasant to have on site. Would happily recommend.

Richard got the job done, no questions asked, when we needed several different trades he knew where to go and what to do speedily and efficiently. We live 250 miles away from the rented property and Richard and his team made everything run smoothly and easily. Nothing was too much hassle, property looks great, excellent job, turned around quick , competitive price, we will be referring to others and highly recommending Richard and his team. Thanks Richard honestly over the moon and appreciate all the work, especially as we were so far away and couldn’t pay you until we travelled up. Trust and honesty on both parts and will be our first call with any problems in further with the tenanted property.

Always good working with James. He and his crew are a good bunch of friendly guys but also extremely knowledgeable and want to do the best job they can. They make sure that everything is done right first time, so you don’t have to ask then to come back and redo work. The work they did for me is good and they are back on a totally separate job. Marius was fantastic from start to finish. He was on time every day, worked late tidying up after himself and taking away all the rubbish. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he suggested relaying and insulating the floor so he could tile it. Marius was meticulous in all that he did and the finish was excellent.
