We couldn’t be happier with the bathroom Ermal and his team delivered. From full rip-out to final finish, everything was completed to an excellent standard with real care and attention to detail. They listened closely to what we wanted and respected our choices, even when different to their advice, while still ensuring a high-quality result. Ermal runs a genuine family business and works closely with his team to get things done quickly and efficiently, bringing in trusted specialists where needed to achieve the best possible finish. What really sets them apart is their dedication. They returned multiple times after completion to fix even the smallest issues and make sure we were completely happy. At one point, we thought there was a boiler issue and Ermal came out at 8:30pm to help — above and beyond. Ermal is friendly, reliable and true to his word. A trustworthy team we’d highly recommend, especially if you’re local to Mill Hill. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aydin came to give me a quote for my kitchen as another fitter had left without finishing. His team fixed everything and now the kitchen looks great. I also asked Aydin to quote for my bathroom renovation at the same time. Two days into the bathroom renovation I was really glad I had chosen them. They were excellent and completed the work to a high standard. Aydin came up with some great suggestions that were better than my original ideas and saved me money. The team were very helpful and courteous, and left things clean and tidy which reduced the stress for me. I have never recommended a builder before but I would certainly recommend Aydin and his team.

Very impressed, good communication, trustworthy and genuinely craftsman of their trade with work completed with pride and to a very high standard. As they are able to undertake all aspects of renovation work and even provide an electrical certificate it means that they can precisely plan the work and meet the expected deadlines. We were kept informed with a weekly spreadsheet of any unexpected costs ( minimal) which were unforeseen and these were also advised and agreed on before any additional work commenced. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, they were nice people and very easy to work with.

Ray was an absolute professional. He fitted a new downstairs toilet which required a new soil pipe and associated groundwork as well as new stud walling to partition the space. He did most of the work himself, but brought in others for the pieces where he wanted an expert. He was flexible to small changes and was happy to take on additional work when unforeseen issues were discovered. The areas he had worked in were quickly cleaned before he left each day. Overall the work was completed to a good quality and at a reasonable price.
