Our house refurbishment was managed by Andy. He was extremely polite, patient and attentive. He was a pleasure to work with and took away a lot of the stress. His communication throughout the project was top notch. Andy and his team came up with a wealth of experience and was full of ideas to solve problems in what was not a straightforward job. The quality and attention to detail of his carpenters, plumbers and plasterers was excellent. We were very happy with the work carried out. When we had snags or issues Andy and his team ensured that they were fixed. We are very grateful for his hard work and would recommend him for similar projects.

Great job from start to finish. We particularly liked how Victor managed milestone payments. We only ever paid for work completed so we always knew where we stood and what was left to pay. Victor has a great team with excellent and varied skill sets. Our bedroom furniture done by his joiners came out better than expected and we love it. Completely changed our bedroom. Victor and Tom themselves have great ideas and helped us really nail down what we wanted. Thanks to you and your team. Highly recommended master builders! Will be using them again a lot!

I had a 2 bed house completely refurbished. This involved taking everything out and installing a new kitchen, plumbing, electrics, boiler, bathroom, skimming, painting, doors, removal of chimney breast, new tile flooring on ground level, installation of a new toilet, painting etc. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done by Majed & his team and more importantly the spirit in which we were able to work together. I am happy with the overall quality of the work that was done and pricing. I would recommend Majed for such projects going forward. I found Majed & his team very good to work with as issues always come up in such projects, I found that when unexpected issues came up, Majed was able to provide good solutions without much hassle. I found this to be very important for me as someone who is not very experienced with this kind of work. With any snags that I had at the end, Majed came promptly to fix them If I am to highlight any negative, it would the work took longer than expected by about 2 weeks. I think the work could have finished quicker if more people were allocated to work on the project.

Sorin and his team did a great job on my flat refurbishment. They were fast, organised and reliable. Sorin was fastidious in providing all materials invoices to me and often was able to get trade discounts on things. I was able to leave the project to him and it just got done.

Done a fantastic job. We needed two ventilation points in two rooms. We had a newborn and was conscious of dust. Petro made sure everything was as clean as possible. He was done in two hours and the job was a very high standard. Was very impressed.

Very happy with the work Gesti did for us. We just brought our first home and the ceiling honestly wasn’t looking the best. Lots of cracks and slightly warping. Gesti was able to come in and secure all the cracks and plaster the entire ceiling for us. He did an amazing job. Will use him again I highly recommend. !!

Replaced carpets in bedrooms, hall and stairs with engineered wood floor. Installed new wardrobes in the bedrooms. Applied new silicone and new grouting on tiles in kitchen. Applied new silicone in bathrooms. Painting and decorating of ground floor and kitchen. I found Garo to be extremely reliable, always on time, polite and honest with his dealings. He was on budget, no hidden extras, and was very attentive to detail. Most importantly, I found him to be available to answer questions I had. He finished the job within the agreed time frame and left my property in a clean condition. I was very impressed with his work.

Ceka Construction fitted new skirting boards and picture rail aswell as removing the current skirting board first. From start to finish the service was Excellent. They responded back to any question i had very promptly and the quality of work carried out was of an exceptionally high standard. Roland was very flexible with his time to get the job done with my timeframe requirements and the Carpenter Vini worked fast, of very high quality and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Ceka Construction to anyone as they were completely professional and reliable.

The job carried out by Mr Milani was done in an extremely rudimentary manner, with zero attention to detail and numerous lies throughout the process. He initially quoted £12,000 and promised completion within 2–3 weeks. In reality, the job took over 8 weeks and he demanded an additional £4,000 for plastering a small bathroom — a task he never actually completed, as he simply boarded it up instead. The measurements he provided for the stairs were completely wrong, and the tiling work is appalling — leaving gaps of nearly an inch between tiles and all tiles misaligned. I gave him the opportunity to rectify these issues, but as expected, he never did. This entire experience has been dreadful. I have lost significant time, money, a client, and even my sleep and health over this. His behaviour and workmanship are completely unacceptable. Do not hire him!

I did quite a bit of research before choosing Battersea Builders. They didn’t come in with the cheapest quote but I never base my choice on price alone. And it wasn’t miles above the other quotes I got. Instead, I chose them because they ticked a lot of boxes including a) good independent reviews, b) a dedicated PM, c) qualifications, d) quick responses, e) a decent website etc. Overall, they did a fantastic job. The quality of the work and finish is really good. The PM, Tommy, was really helpful throughout and the team was very polite and conscientious. They were also on site every day as promised and didn’t play that old builders trick of getting the job and then going offsite to secure another job elsewhere (resulting in the deadline being missed). Was it perfect? No, but then not many projects are. I have a few minor comments including the fact there was a misunderstanding about the quality of bathroom cupboard I needed so the original quote was insufficient and costs had to be increased half way through the project. Despite this issue, Tommy did his best to keep the extra costs down. One other niggle was that I asked them to keep all the manuals and instructions for all the fittings but they threw them out. Not a big deal but quite annoying. Overall, it wasn’t cheap but I would use them again because the work was done to a high standard and the team were a pleasure to work with.
