Turned up on time knowledgeable , polite.all worked hard excellent price , job done and left site clean and tidy ,what more could be asked. REGRET to have to add two month on roof still leeks, Two promises to return NO SHOWS does not answer phone or respond to e mails. A mans as good as his word,a roof as good as its performence. Unfortunately RSC Eco Build fail badly on both

Updated Ceased trading as Lakeside Build Ltd, now trading as Restoration Cumbria Ltd, but will run off with your money. I was hoping to leave a 5 star review but as the weeks turned into months and the months turned in to 2 years I can't do that. Took my money but never finished the job. Fobbed me off for over a year and now they have ceased trading. I don't know how Lloyd and Adrian can sleep at night. What you have done is THEFT, theft of my hard earned cash. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Perhaps your new company BS Projects Ltd won't rip people off. 🤔 Companies House has suspended their attempt to dissolve the business. Meanwhile Lloyd is on Instagram telling everyone how to be a successful builder and run a successful company!!!!

Ryan and his team were hard workers, Any problems were shown by photos and discussions between us and repaired. All work was in writing. The roof was found to have dry rot and had to be replaced, this was done within the timescale. Thanks for a efficient, clean service, the house is now a pleasure to look at.
