We recently completed a first and second floor renovation alongside an 5x6m extension of our 1930s property with Maxcontractorsint.ltd , and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they have been absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail and the quality of workmanship throughout the project has been exceptional. Matt and his team are incredible, they worked efficiently, kept work on track, and made sure we were updated and involved at every stage. Their skills, ideas, and collaborative approach truly brought the whole project together. Communication throughout the project was good, and the team provided great pre and post project support. Matt was very detail-oriented, offered inspiration during site visits, and was supportive of our requests along the way. We’re so happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend Maxcontractorsint.ltd for any project.

Tiling- 10 May 2019
As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. A pleasure to deal with and will hire again for any future tiling work. Thanks Astrit.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 27 Mar 2022
Ricky Reid I was looking for a company who could help me with a light refurbishment (kitchen, bathroom and full decoration) of a one bedroom flat in south west London to be ready for rental within 15 days. I posted my ad request on mybuilder.com and a few companies contacted me. Ricky Reid, was the third one I met and eventually the one I chose. Why? R. was straight forward, no gimmicks and did his best to understand what my needs were from day one. Especially when my vision at the start wasn’t that clear. Him and his team delivered within the time frame agreed as well as within the quote given plus a few extras that hadn’t been considered at the start of the project. He was always available for questions or clarifications needed over the phone at any time! A rare quality in itself in the building world. If there was anything that could be improved, this would be clarifying certain jobs that were on the quote (and I mean specifically what they exactly covered) from the start to avoid stingy or unexpected surprises cost wise. However this isn’t Ricky’s fault and I take my full responsibility as I should have done my homework before hand. Overall satisfied with the result and I would certainly contact Ricky and his team for my next future projects and so should you reading this review. Thank you Ricky and all the best in your company venture.

Gus and his team are outstanding workmen with top workmanship. I'm delighted with the planning, the work in progress and the parts that have already been completed. All contacts were fair and easy to understand. Work was broken up into bit size amounts so was affordable and easy to work my around, pertaining to work and family arrangements (Xmas period). All material used is off high quality, work areas were always left tidy and secure, works were always carried out safely, quickly and efficiently. I've already planned to do further works through Gus Desighns because a company who do exactly what they say they'll do, and more, is hard to find. It has been a pleasure thus far! This company is the living definition of professionalism.

Ghenadie was very helpful and always on site, as well as considerate of the neighbors throughout. He would always pick up the phone and pause noisy works if requested by them, and kept the communal areas and driveway very tidy. To sum up, we had an excellent experience with Dagat and Ghenadie's team. They completed the job on time and were incredibly punctual, no delays to our agreed schedule. Their support went beyond the work itself: they helped us choose finishes for the bathroom and kitchen, offering valuable advice along the way. Communication was seamless. Overall, a very professional and reliable team!

Alfred (ADJ Builders) is very professional and does the job to the highest standards. He doesn't cut corners and tells you what needs to be done to professional standards. He replaced my bathroom ceiling (on a new build flat) and insulation, re-plastered, sealed and painted, which had been saturated with rain water, at a very competitive price. This was done to the highest quality. He is a very clean tradesman and cleaned the whole area to spotless. He is also very trustworthy. He did the job for me whilst I was away and communicated with me at every stage of the job. I will be using him as my preferred tradesman from now on. Very happy with the great job he did. Highly recommend 100%. I also be asking him to work on another project for me. Thank you once again for the great service.

Tiling- 11 Mar 2015
Dimitry's help has been a god send for me. I have been looking for someone to finish my bathroom which was left half done - it requires tiling, bath panel fitted, wooden skirting to be fitted on the ceiling etc. Dimitry visited my flat on the day that I contacted him to give me a quote. He had a thorough look around the bathroom and gave me a VERY REASONABLE QUOTE. He turned up the next day promptly with a colleague and they worked through the bathroom steadily throughout the day. There were few things that could not be finished due to glue setting etc etc but he gave a very good advice as to how to finish those jobs. He completed tiling the bathroom for us which looks AMAZING. There were areas I thought would be tricky but he completed the job to a very high standard. He also built boxes around the pipes which was done very nicely. Essentially, he's done various different jobs requiring different skills and has been reliable. His lack of feedbacks (only had 2 feedback when I hired him) concerned me a little but please don't let that stop you from hiring him for a job - he is AWESOME. I would 100% use him again! THANK YOU :)
