I have hired Edmond to do a number of projects around our house related to replacing doors, all with odd/custom sizing. Edmond was able to assist in sourcing the doors at the best prices, as well as prepping and hanging the doors once they arrived, along with fitting hinges and knobs. I'll be sure to hire Edmond again for carpenter work and could recommend him.

From start to finish Jay was a great person to deal with, offering constant guidance and advice to ensure we got the end result we wanted. Really happy with how the kitchen and bathroom looks, the kitchen (bought from Wren) was installed quickly and to a very high standard. As first time renovators we really appreciated how Jay went over and above to consult and advise on the build. We will definitely be using Renovate & Refurb LTD for any future work we have.

Work completed : knock through internal walls, fit kitchen, replace floors, make way for new bifolds and windows, decorating throughout. Also had good carpenters and plumber contacts to carry out the additional works.... I cannot speak highly enough of Quality Polish Builders. The work they completed was of the highest standard, on time and on budget. The structural work was commended by Building Control and our neighbours asked for their details. Over a 13 week period they undertook three structural changes, relaid the entire ground floor, re-plastered, refurbished the staircase, fitted a new kitchen and redecorated throughout. The results are stunning. I've no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again if ever we do any more work. The team were all friendly and considerate. A pleasure to have in the house and we'll miss them not being there.

I cannot sing Adrian, Michal and the rest of his team’s praises enough. He has created my dream home and I could not be more pleased. He transformed every room in my house as well as building an extension and front porch and his company’s work speaks for itself. His finishing is excellent and every single person that visits comments on his plastering and paint work; it is perfect. He and his team come in every day on time and leaves the house as clean as possible. His expertise is clearly visible throughout my house. Everything has been done to an exceptional standard. The first time I met him I knew that he would be the builder I’d choose; he is very kind, has fantastic ideas and is extremely knowledgeable. He seemed completely trustworthy so I gave him my keys from the start and let him get on with it; he didn’t disappoint. Everyone in the team is hardworking and non smoking so no bad smells inside or outside the house. His prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of work he produces. He is my new family builder and I will always recommend him. It has been such a pleasure Adrian, Michal and the team. (Ps this is a genuine review and NOT a sponsored review and I was not given any discount or freebee to write it).

Work done: Removal of a shower and sink plus surrounds thereof, knocking through a non-load bearing wall, replastering and putting up a new wall. Paul came by to provide a no obligation quote and listened to what we wanted doing, it sounds simple but this made us much more comfortable than we had been with others who had come round and started suggestion all kinds of different things that we weren't interested in. A quote was sent through promptly which was reasonable both in terms of cost and expected timeframe. When doing the work Paul and his team arrived before 8 each morning and made good progress each day, we were also able to add on a couple of additional services which it was very easy to agree costs for. All work appears to have been done to a high standard, and all waste was removed once the job was complete. There were a number of different jobs involved and we selected Paul and his team as they could provide all the work we required, would definitely recommend and will use again.

Tiling- 11 Mar 2015
Dimitry's help has been a god send for me. I have been looking for someone to finish my bathroom which was left half done - it requires tiling, bath panel fitted, wooden skirting to be fitted on the ceiling etc. Dimitry visited my flat on the day that I contacted him to give me a quote. He had a thorough look around the bathroom and gave me a VERY REASONABLE QUOTE. He turned up the next day promptly with a colleague and they worked through the bathroom steadily throughout the day. There were few things that could not be finished due to glue setting etc etc but he gave a very good advice as to how to finish those jobs. He completed tiling the bathroom for us which looks AMAZING. There were areas I thought would be tricky but he completed the job to a very high standard. He also built boxes around the pipes which was done very nicely. Essentially, he's done various different jobs requiring different skills and has been reliable. His lack of feedbacks (only had 2 feedback when I hired him) concerned me a little but please don't let that stop you from hiring him for a job - he is AWESOME. I would 100% use him again! THANK YOU :)

Restoration & Refurbishment- 7 Jul 2018
Could not recommend Wayne and his team enough. The most professional, helpful and polite builder we have ever dealt with. Extremely efficient from start to finish - such as providing an accurate quote (with measurements) in less than 6 hours of viewing the job, consistently updating the quote daily to any changes or extras along the way and emailing it to keep us informed, instantly responsive when we called/messaged and the list goes on. The job included resurfacing the roof to improve dampness and leaks, removing existing boiler system and replacing with a combination boiler, building a partition wall and suspended ceilings, raising the floor in certain areas and general refurbishment of entire salon, staff room and toilet. Wayne has separate teams for specific jobs e.g. painters, plasterers, roofers etc.. which are all experts in their field and all work exceptionally hard to get the job completed to a high quality and within the time frame given (also very tidy). Everything ran smoothly during the entire job thanks to Wayne's organisation of his team and his knowledge and expertise on every area of the job. We expressed to Wayne that we would like to keep the salon open for business as much as we could during the construction and it definitely was not a problem at all. Wayne and his team were flexible in meeting our requirements and would even work Sundays and bank holidays to get the job finished and minimise salon closure. Overall we have found a builder for life!!!

Installed a new toilet in the Wet Room. Fitted a towel radiator in the upstairs bathroom. He removed the bath panel and tiled the area, built a new cabinet and installed a glass top with a new wash basin. His work was extremely good and he was reliable and totally honest, I felt perfectly happy leaving him in the house on his own. He took a pride in his work and always made sure to tidy up before leaving. Alex would be an asset to any company that employs him. I wish him success.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 13 Jul 2020
George and Marian were initially tasked to install a new Made to Fit Kitchen by Wren. We initially trusted them to help with the measurements with Wren suppliers. But in a short space of time, they did a botched job and failed to give proper measurements that has made us lose our on alot of money also they were not wiling to take ownership of their mistakes and just took off. Anyone thinking of hiring these 2 cowboys should think twice. They also told us they were qualified electricians and had done electrical work before. We found out at our peril that they were not and even worse they left many problem areas that a new builder we have have has to rectify. If they had any ounce of professionalism or care for customers, they would come back and rectify their mistakes. From Shopna Khanom
