On our first meeting I felt comfortable and was glad of input from Robin. Agreed to a plan and only had to wait a few weeks before work could start. All preparations made to protect my drive before skip arrived. All work carried out in a very professional manner and team were very polite and friendly. Even though weather was against ground works they provided shelter so work could continue. I’ve been very pleased with their approach and can’t fault the outcome. Although met with a couple of delays on garden furniture, (nothing to do with Robin and his team, circumstances outside control)all other aspects of this job have met with my approval. Was apprehensive of having people in but can honestly say there have not been any issues and when the skip was removed within an hour, Robin was back on site to clear and wash down the drive. So looking as good as new. It’s been a pleasure having them on my property and will look at using their services again in the future should the need arise. Nothing too much bother. So my thanks to them all.

Zihni is calm, knowledgeable, and went over and beyond in helping us not just complete our kitchen project, but in helping us move into a new home smoothly. We hired Build2Finish (Andy Kerik) to work in a renovation project in our recently bought house. Due to time constraints we could not project manage the works and we were looking for a Principal Contractor that could help us on that front as well. We interviewed a few contractors and we were impressed by Andy’s professionalism and approach to the works. After all formalities and due diligence were done, Andy was able to deploy a team in less than 4 days. As the works started, we suddenly realised there was a lot more to do than originally intended. Unexpected things happened (structural slab at hallway cracked, all ground floor joists were rotten, unexpected levels of rising damp, etc.) and the small job grew quite a lot. At each new milestone, Andy was always reassuring and helped us to stay on top of the works and budget as much as possible. I could go at lengths about each and every element of the job, but maybe is better to say that the works were finished on time and as much in budget as possible taking into account how much more we decided to do along the way (more built in cabinets, underfloor heating, etc.). As with every construction project there were highs and lows. Andy was always extremely professional and was able to manage his sub-contractors and defuse situations that could have made the project take longer and the budget to go out of control. I cannot recommend Andy enough and I am sure his business will continue to grow, so book him with time!

Bled completed the job to a very high standard indeed. We were so impressed by his professionalism, hard work and speed of working. He had to pull down the remainder of an old lathe and plaster ceiling that had collapsed, replace with plasterboard and redecorate the room. The finished result is fantastic. Couldn't be happier!

Never ever ever ever again. Started off well enough. But having assured us if there were ever any issues with his work he'd come back - we paid him in good faith. We have a restaurant and Covid's been tough on many people. We trusted him and paid him. The electrical work broke shortly after and the roof of the courtyard is STILL leaking and not fit for purpose. On top of which he has our keys. I've called and messaged. This is the last resort as it's not our vibe to leave bad reviews. But DO NOT WORK WITH THIS MAN. Shoddy work. Doesn't honour his word. Refuses to communicate and to date still has our keys. Disgusting.
