The job was done quickly and professionally. They were responsive, with good communication and a friendly helpful manner. Thanks. ***Update - the cracks resurfaced within a few weeks after the job despite assurances that the structural damage was remedied. The builders offered a 6 month guarantee for their work but have been unresponsive since, and no I refer to cracks in the exact location that the builders "fixed".

Dominic and John were brilliant! I needed my kitchen walls plastered. Dominic came to have a look and sent me a very competitive quote right away. The communication was flawless and the finish is very professional and clean - extremely smooth touch. I recommended both to a friend and that job has also already been completed with the same quality result. I wish I had hired them for the parts that the guys from damp company did. Not comparable.

J&G did a fantastic job of renovating my kitchen, including removing the old units, altering a chimney breast according to Planning Permission guidelines, plastering, painting, moving the radiator, laying a new floor, running new electrics and fitting new units and appliances from Wren. Jurgen is an excellent communicator, always taking the time to explain what was going on and answering questions. I particularly appreciated his honesty about the structural challenges of altering an Edwardian chimney breast, proposing alternative solutions which were cheaper and less disruptive. The quality of the finish was really good - from the electrician and plumber to plasterers and painters, all his team took great pride in their workmanship, and were all polite and friendly. Although the overall length of the project got extended, Jurgen made sure all the snagging was thoroughly completed. Overall, highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with. I'd definitely hire Jurgen again.

T&S was fantastic. Though they are called T&S "Electrical" and Property Services, they are full service and handled everything from painting, electrical, plumbing, and all other major renovation services. Their work was of the highest level of quality at a fair price, especially in the Islington area. T&S was very easy to work with, with Taf always responsive when I had questions and on top of all the various projects he was doing for me. He was always keen on providing guidance and advice and could help me research an item (light fixture, electric shower device, medicine cabinet) after I told him what features I was looking for. Taf also went way above and beyond what a contractor is normally obligated to do as I was not in town much during the renovation so he kindly offered to handled some deliveries. Thank you again for all your great work! I look forward to doing future projects together.

My young son said I had been scammed and bought a bad house. I think it was the worst house in South Woodford. It is now one of the best. I can't praise Omniscient highly enough for their professional skills, project management, value, pace, problem solving, patience, communications, quality of team and final product. I enjoyed working with them I felt we worked well as a team. They transformed a run down 3 bed semi into a 5 bed 3 bath beautiful townhouse in 5 months. My main complaint is that I moved in just before lockdown so had no opportunity to show it off. Thank you to Joe, Jason and the whole team. I cannot post photos here but am happy to speak/share photos with potential clients.

I am extremely happy of how my flat looks thanks to the work done by Oliver and his team! They re-built a wall between the storage room and the bathroom, set-up all the pipe works in the bathroom, tiled the walls, installed the sanitary ware, painted and completed other decoration works. Oliver is a very honest person, whom you can trust. I spent the amount of the detailed quote we had agreed on, which was essential for me since I had no more than that amount of money! He is always available to meet up and discuss as needed and he has been very supportive and flexible when the tiles provider made several delivery mistakes. Above all, he is an extremely nice human being! Thanks Oliver!

Sometimes you get a hit when hiring a new contractor - and this was a hit. CHF Tiling did an outstanding job for a full bathroom renovation. Stefan is dedicated and committed to his craft and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. The bathroom was not without it's challenges, but Stefan delivered on time and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. The end result is fantastic. 100% recommended and will hire again.
