If I could give 0! Surrey Hills Extend and Renovate Limited is a company which is a scammer. Thye have scammed 80 Plus people. Do not use them. Now thye have declined to start workk and the Directors are going for Voluntary Liquidation after taking away millions. MyBuilder should have vetted the company before putting on their site

Steven and his brother Joshua came as a team to fully refurb my 4 bed including external landscaping. They impressed at the quote stage, taking time to understand our vision and providing solutions and value adds that come with experience and knowledge of the trade to get the best result and work with our budget. Once the job was agreed they managed the job and even exceeded to make sure we were happy. They explained the progress on site visits and worked with us during the project to find solutions. They cared about our vision like it was their own house and provided design aspects and value adds that only the best can. Would recommend for all projects small or large because they care and adapt to everything a job throws at you.

Tom has replaced and old rotting bay window with a new sash and concrete sill in the original style of the property. Right from the initial contact he exuded confidence and knowledge of his craft and the company I ordered the window from did not have skills to fit it so I arranged for him to take over from them. He described exactly what steps were involved in the installation, potential problems that may be encountered and gave me a reasonable quote to do the work. He worked diligently and took extra steps to reduce dust and mess. The window looks excellent and I will be contacting him in the future for any further work I require.

I could not recommend Ed highly enough! He's efficient, prompt, honest and hardworking person with high standards; a genuinely nice person to work with. He and his team arrive on time, clean up after themselves and keep the place as clean and tidy as they can, which is a massive bonus when you got 3 young kids! They removed our chimneys and plastered all our bedrooms to a high finish and now booked for more jobs.

I an very very very impressed with the work(Bathroom/Kitchen refitting, new electrical rewiring, gas and water pipe, new boiler installation, new flooring and painting for the walls, ceilings , doors , closets) that Loui and his team did for my entire house. They were very dedicated and committed to the work. They were punctual and very hardworking (they started from 07:30 everyday and they did not miss a single day) and sometimes they even worked on Sunday. Loui kept his word that we can move in before the Christmas. I am still amazed Loui could finish all the work in just about 7 weeks. They finished the work to a very high standard and they always kept the place clean and tidy. Other than that, Loui always kept me informed when there was an issue and provided his professional recommendations. I really like his honesty and work attitude. He would rather finish the work in a proper and correct way (even though it might take longer time) instead of cutting corners or doing in shortcut way. He is always prompt in providing feedback when you have a question. Loui is reliable, friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Loui!!

We were told our job would take just over a week, but took nearly 4wks. Started our job beginning of July & finished the beginning of Aug. Regularly left site by 12 midday blaming delivery issues. If you're having a large patio layed, I would not recommend Josh. He's very nice to you until something goes wrong. He didn't compact the hard-core at all & it seems that he's unable to lay slabs level. He's left us with a swimming pool when it rains & is ignoring our communications to resolve the issues. The arco drainage isn't sloping towards the drain, but is in fact running backwards & so rain water is pooling along the side of the house in an area he didn't complete. Lastly he blocked our drain with cement. It seems he's more interested in getting new jobs, than completing errors he's made on previous jobs once he's taken your money!

We had a 2 storey side extension built by Steve Knight in Camberley Surrey during 2024. It comprises a large ground floor garage & 2 en-suites built over it with an apex roof & integrated solar panels. It required extensive groundworks & steel structure as part of the build. This was done in a timely manner in spite of the adverse weather! We were very pleased with the results & asked Steve to build a large veranda across the back of the house with integrated solar panels. & also replace the 1950's wooden cladding front & back. He did this very effectively indeeed & we are thrilled with the results. The new solar system works really well :-)
