James started the work quickly, sourced all the materials, did the work satisfactorily and I do trust him to have done a good job on the roof. We had a good debrief afterwards about the life of the roof and I was grateful for that discussion. The house was a challenge because it is 225 years old. Riciard listened to our ideas and went out of his way to make our dream a reality. Some parts of the job were tricky as it is an old house and they had to work around sloping floors and wonky walls, but Riciard found solutions for all the problems and nothing was too much trouble. The team have done an absolutely beautiful job and we are over the moon with our stunning new ensuite. We are renovating our whole house and we have already booked Riciard for some more work as we are so happy with the work he has done.
