Tom was friendly and professional from start to finish, he worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed on time within budget and to a high standard. Tom provided us with helpful advice throughout the renovation, to ensure we ended up with the best overall result at the best price and went the extra mile with finishing touches that we wouldn't have considered when getting quotes. As we were not currently living in the property he kept us up to date and informed with daily progress messages and photos, Tom took the stress out of the renovation by dealing with any issues encountered quickly and without complaint.
