I am glad to hire Cris for the job and he is a excellent builder. The job is to install additional steel beams to support the remaining portion of the chimney breast, which was removed by previous owners of the house. Instead of simply following the original drawing from the structural engineer in the job, which would involve a significant modification to other existing stuff such as power cables and hatch door, he spent his time to discuss with the structural engineer to proposal alternative solution to the problem that would minimize the needs to relocate these stuff. I am happy with his works. In additional to the chimney breast removal job that I posted in here, due to issues found by my rent manager, I also hired Cris for refurbishing my kitchen. Once again, he did a great job in the refurb. The kitchen now looks significant better and because of this, the rental value of my property went up for almost 10%. He also found a few issues during the refurb and fixed them for me free of charge. He is a guy with hearts in his works. Last but not less, all of the aforementioned jobs completed on schedule and within budget. Overall, Cris is a excellent and trustworthy builder to work with. Strongly recommended and I am going to hire him again for future jobs.

Joel and Dominic are absolutely great. Nothing was too much for Dominic - he did a great job and went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the end result. High attention to detail and a polished end result. Also a super nice guy. I should also mention the communications were incredibly sharp - Joel was extremely quick to respond to every question and pre-emptively kept us up to date, without having to ask. Really impressed. They even gave us cost savings solutions without us asking for them! Would strongly recommend.

The build is of good quality, his team was professional, always well-equipped, and if you’re clear with your instructions they will follow them well and execute to a high standard.
