We had a really positive experience with Max and his team. The work was carried out to a high standard. We had some issues with Howdens (delivered the wrong colour kitchen). Max was incredibly helpful and spoke to Howdens to resolve the issue. The team are hard working, arrive on time and get on with the job. They are professional and know their craft. We had a new ceiling and floor, walls plastered, kitchen fitted, walls painted, folding door fitted and one other door all in 12 days. The job was done to a high standard, we are really pleased. Due to the cost of the project, I went ahead with part of the project with DLC construction and instructed them to replace my old fence, gravel board and posts. We agreed on the price before the job and payment was made on completion. Lufti's Team did excellent job and he was very professional throughout the project and did very good tidying up job.

The professionalism was demonstrated with the initial visit, where notes were taken and the detailed assessment of the job was discussed. Valdemar and Andrej have many, many years of experience, as do the other members of their team. Everything they do in one's home, they have done many times before, and should things crop up (which they may do, certainly in the older house), they can offer a range of remedies. We will definitely engage their firm for our future building/refurbishment works, without any hesitation. Extremely straightforward and extremely professional. The finish is stunning. This builder is not honest; he didn't do the work to meet his verbal commitment to quality one. He refused to add the electrical work he had done on the invoice, as he did not want to issue an electric safe certificate. He is not a professional, and we argued 2-3 times about not doing the left work, giving unethical reasons. I will not recommend him to anyone.

Works included: - removal of structural wall - installing new structure, plumbing and electrical items - installing new stud walls to create a wet room and utility room - fitting a new kitchen and wet room - installing new timber floor - installing new windows - servicing boiler.
