The ceiling was replaced, a wall dried and re-plastered, and all the finishing decoration touches were applied. It was very helpful having them communicate with the insurer and loss adjuster on our behalf. From the initial meeting, through all their communications and all personnel carry out the work we found them professional and personable. They stuck to the agreed timeline, even in difficult circumstances, and we were kept fully up to date on the progress throughout.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-We had an en-suite shower room built for us by David and his team in our main bedroom which also involved some external drainage. We are extremely pleased with the finished project and everyone who has seen it say how nice it is. David is a very nice and approachable person who kept us informed on a daily basis, suggesting improvements during construction. He had no hesitation in returning to sort out a small snagging item which appeared a few weeks later. We thoroughly recommend him.

Excellent workmanship across the board alongside being a very friendly and helpful team who are always punctual and fully committed. Ihor and his team have helped build our very large gymnasium (12,000SqFt) and completed all building works for this project. X2 (Male and Female) large brand new changing rooms, showers, vanity areas, saunas and toilets (full build and decoration; full tiling, partitions, suspended ceiling, decorating), X1 large studio; new windows and fire exit door installation, X1 spin studio (structural changes; new steel and floor inserted), X1 office and a large gym hall space (plastering, decorating) comprising of a custom reception area. I’m addition to the feedback I’ve already given, I can honestly say that Ihor and his team (Vlad, Vasili, Ross, Nikola and Michael, plus many more) are extremely hard working, honest in their opinions surrounding any of the works needed (materials, costs, etc) and have been a pleasure to work with. I will most definitely be using Ihor and his teams services again in the future with all further developments and would be happy to showcase their work. 10/10. Thanks Ihor and the team.

He transformed every room in my house as well as building an extension and front porch and his company’s work speaks for itself. His finishing is excellent and every single person that visits comments on his plastering and paint work; it is perfect. He and his team come in every day on time and leaves the house as clean as possible. His expertise is clearly visible throughout my house. Everything has been done to an exceptional standard. The first time I met him I knew that he would be the builder I’d choose; he is very kind, has fantastic ideas and is extremely knowledgeable. He seemed completely trustworthy so I gave him my keys from the start and let him get on with it; he didn’t disappoint. Everyone in the team is hardworking and non smoking so no bad smells inside or outside the house. His prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of work he produces. He is my new family builder and I will always recommend him. It has been such a pleasure Adrian, Michal and the team.
