I have also gained a lot of experience in structural repairs and alterations, and specialise in lintel repairs/replacement, brickwork repairs, wall ties etc.
Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-AVOID!!! Do not use this ‘builder’ Started off with his public liability insurance being 5 months out of date. Questioned this and he said he ‘didn’t realise’ and then renewed it Used all of my partners things, even though we had things covered over and folded away. If things are under a cover they are there for a reason! Mixed plaster up in one of our buckets! Continuous promises were made for things and then weren’t carried out. I understand jobs sometimes don’t go to plan but 2 jobs were supposed to take 2 weeks. A MONTH later neither jobs are complete! Absolutely ZERO communication about whether he was going to turn up or not! Left our house an absolute mess. Clearly has absolutely no respect for our property at all other wise there wouldn’t be chunks out of door frames and walls, our clothes rail wouldn’t be smashed in pieces and you wouldn’t be throwing bricks out of a top floor window when there is a car directly under neath on the drive! Oh and it’s funny that he hasn’t turned up all week, but because of the stress he’s put us through over the last month we made the decision to tell him not to return last night. No response to the message. But turned up today to collect a few things he left at the house! Funny that you haven’t turned up all week to do the work but will turn up straight after we’ve told you not to come back! It’s a relief knowing that he’s not coming back to our house that we have worked hard to buy as young first time buyers!

Latest review:Carpentry-Chris was very friendly and professional from day one. He visited initially to view and price up, asked questions and made some valid points I had not thought of around how I wanted my lean to roof to link onto the frame etc. He problem solved any issues that came up and kept me informed and involved throughout. We ended up employing him to replace some old and damaged fencing at the same time. Overall Chris offered a very professional and courteous service and I would highly recommend his services. We will be getting him back in 2023 to complete further fencing works.

He worked with us from the outset helping to shape the scope of works to address the grant we were awarded. Throughout the project he's offered helpful advice and ultimately he and his support team has delivered high quality facilities. He worked to a tight deadline putting in the hours to make sure facilities were ready for the start of the season. We look forward to working with him again for our plumbing needs.
