Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-The team from Demarc did an excellent job on our bedroom which had water damage from a leak above. The ceiling was replaced, a wall dried and re-plastered, and all the finishing decoration touches were applied. It was very helpful having them communicate with the insurer and loss adjuster on our behalf. From the initial meeting, through all their communications and all personnel carry out the work we found them professional and personable. They stuck to the agreed timeline, even in difficult circumstances, and we were kept fully up to date on the progress throughout.
Gary has been a pleasure to work with right from the outset. He took on my job when another contractor let me down without warning, which ironically worked out fantastically in my favour given Gary's exemplary attitude, solid work ethic and attention to detail. Gary is reliable, a keen listener and willing to suggest ideas at the right moment. The biggest advantage for me was not needing to sort out the various different trades given my own hectic schedule - Gary project manages that all and took care to ensure the process was as easy as possible for me. I'm glad i went with my gut on this one and would definitely use him again.

Geraldo and his team were PERFECT! GLB provided us with a kitchen renovation and flooring laid/new doors throughout the ground floor. Price was competitive They worked quickly and tidily They showed up on time, every day and put in a full shift They finished very quickly The work was to a very high standard Very few snags, all of which they finished after we agreed the final snag list We are very happy in our new kitchen, and will hopefully be employing Geraldo and his team to carry out more work on the house for us when we need it.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-We had an en-suite shower room built for us by David and his team in our main bedroom which also involved some external drainage. We are extremely pleased with the finished project and everyone who has seen it say how nice it is. David is a very nice and approachable person who kept us informed on a daily basis, suggesting improvements during construction. He had no hesitation in returning to sort out a small snagging item which appeared a few weeks later. We thoroughly recommend him.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Zihni and his team recently completed a total refurbishment of a very rundown property for me. They did a very good job of bringing it up to scratch again although my only criticism would be that of the decorator who failed to mask some items before painting, but all in all I was very pleased. Zihni also project managed the job which I found very very helpful and he was always happy to give advice and add in extras as and when was deemed necessary. I would definitely employ Zihni again should the need arise.
