Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-We were very impressed with the prompt quote & the equally prompt responses to our queries when deciding which company to use. Communications were good throughout the process with Alex also checking with the council on our behalf regarding building regs. The work was completed to a good standard and within the stated time frame. Alex, Lotte and their team were very obliging, competent & tidy. We would certainly recommend and have no hesitation in contacting them again if we need any other building works carried out.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After a year of excuses on what should have been an 8 week job they have walked away from the project without completing and what they did do I coukd have done better myself. They have left the house in a dangerous state, with half a rewire done and no building res for walls that were removed and we are having to file with small claims court to try and get some money back. Communication and customer service was brilliant until after the money was handed over. Save yourself thousands and do not employ this business!!
I contacted John partly on the back of his one previous negative feedback. It seemed clear to me that he was hard done by and he sounded like a good guy. Having completed a whole new challenging and bespoke bathroom project for me, I’m pleased to be proven correct. He takes pride in his work and his aim is to leave his customer happy. All work done to a high standard. Would happily recommend.
