Rather than how many, it depends more on what can be laid in your situation.
If too many blocks go up in one go, the mortar gets squashed out, so in your situation, I'd expect this to be a two day job. All being well.

You are looking at 200 blocks on a good day.

That would be a 3 day job as you'd have to dig a footings trench at least a foot to a foot and a half deep equally allow concrete to set, securing the weight of the concrete blocks. The previous answer was correct on the amount of blocks being laid, a brickie could lay 460 normal bricks in a day but you'd still have to point them but 460 concrete blocks would be difficult.

Hi. I think it would be 3 days. Because bricklayer have to build pillars and make sure that they are level.

personally, i would allow 3 days for the blockwork. with the pillars etc. how tall are your pillars going out of curiosity? you wouldnt want be building pillars of blocks any higher than 5 course high really in one go, due to the weight of the block
this is why getting the mix quality right is important!

Personally I have laid 225 lightweight blocks in a day with a labourer
However that's everything to hand and good weather!
If the pillars are bonded in correctly not just using wire ties takes a bit longer so realistlcally 150 blocks on an average 7 hour working day 20 plus blocks an hours good going!!
