Remeha avanta plus boiler error code E10 - no hot water or heating

I have the above boiler 24c and the error code E10 is flashing up. This has occurred after I bled a radiator since the heating system was getting very noisy. I can't get the boiler to work now and have a one year old baby so need hot water and heat! Any advise how to rectify the E10 error?

E10 Indicates no flow through the boiler on the venting cycle often associated with refilling or installing of the Remeha Avanta boiler. Check for minimum water pressure. Check that the pump is working and or has been correctly installed and wired. Check that the boiler and the system have been filled and vented properly
