We hired this builder at the beginning of 2016 for what he promised to be a 3 month project. After an agonising year of delays and disagreements, our project has not been finished and in fact we are thousands out of pocket as he took money from us without doing the work. After 3 months of no contact he has told us that he has ceased trading and does not have the money to reach any sort of financial agreement. But what I have found out is that in March 2017, he started up a new company called DORSET BUILDING COMPANY LTD. Beware of this builder.

Wayne was very professional and responded quickly to our request for building work. He arrived when he said he would and spent time with us going through the work needed. We ended up having a total change of mind and didn't carry on with the work originally planned, but I wouldn't hesitate to contact Wayne again if ever we do decide to carry out an extension. I would recommend Wayne to our friends if they ever need any work done.

What can I say, Wayne & his brother have done fantastic job! I was really impressed with their ability to adapt when confronted with a few problems & their communication with us as plans had to differ slightly was excellent. Finished the job within the time frame & to an extremely high standard. I couldn't be happier. I am already lining them up for a few more jobs I need doing around my property. Many thanks guys.

Wayne and his team did a great job on our pointing, guttering, soffits and fascias. They were timely, cheery, tidy and the quote was completely honoured. Would use HPS again and happy to recommend to friends & family.
