Wayne was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything beforehand, completed the job efficiently, and left the area tidy afterward. The brickwork looks solid and neat, and I feel confident the chimney is now weatherproof and safe. Would highly recommend to anyone.!
