Warren and his team turned up when they said they would and cracked on with the work. Its a while ago now but I recall Warren being easy to work with.

I 100% recommend Warren and his team, he and his team did a great job on taking my chimney breast out and building a stud wall. They were always on time, worked very hard even worked through an entire bank holiday day. Although this was an extremely messy job they always left the house having tidied up. WWarrens work was to such a great standard my neighbour hired him the following week to build them a dividing wall on their drive. .

I cannot recommend Warren highly enough. Professional, friendly, meticulous, tidy and brilliant at problem solving. We had a fair amount of work done with Warren and he’s team, who are all very friendly and trust worthy. Along with all the above traits, the work that they produced was of the highest standard. Genuinely over-the-moon with all the work, and very surprised at the time it took to complete. A very hardworking team. I’ll definitely be keeping a hold of WRS home Improvements phone number, and it will be the first point of call for future work. Great service guys, thank you!!

Warren responded promptly from my initial contact from mybuilder.com and came out to see me the same day I called him. He gave me a very reasonable quote (half what the council had quoted!) and was available whenever I was. He continued to stay in regular contact without being pushy; he gave me great advice that saved me a further £200; he managed expectations really well and completed the work in less than half the time he estimated. On top of all that he and his work mate Stephan were polite, professional and friendly throughout. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent, friendly service. Completed work quickly and to a very high standard. Arrived in the morning at the time agreed and also started work when agreed. Very trustworthy, left alone in the house to complete the works. Stuck to agreed quote, even after I added some extra work. Understood my requirements and translated these into the final product perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Warren, and will be calling again for future work.

i was very happy with the work carried out

warren made an easy job of knocking a doorway into my garage from the main building,it was very precise and he used the correct sized door supports.He turned up on a sunday afternoon to do this as promised.Will use him for further jobs he is one of those builders you can trust.

Fairly happy with the work. Warren was pleasant and seemed to have a good knowledge of his trade. My slight quibble is that the original quote value was charged even though the chimney did not actually need capping / venting in the end (on inspection). Would have been a nice gesture if I was given a discount based on this change. It would also have been ideal if Warren had provided me with some promise of aftercare (in the event that the damp patch at the bottom of the chimney does not dry out - one of the key goals of the job).

Good price good job could,nt fault Warren in his work ,got on with the job with his apprentice,done a few extra jobs for me at no extra costs to me and i will be employing Warren again if I need any work doing,nothing was to much trouble for Warren thank you and well done Phil [ a good lad]
