Windsor flooring just completed at difficult job at my property in which they had to get rid of multiple layers of old tiles and had to screed the floor double the usual amount as the ground floor was all very uneven. They didn’t even charge me for the extra materials they needed as their promise was to ensure the best quality and they delivered just that. They were super punctual every morning and very fast paced. Honestly just a lovely bunch of very hard working men. They left our property in immaculate condition, hoovered, mopped , designed all the furniture layout and even cut the doors to fit.They gave us a quote which was very reasonable compared to others on the market so we are super chuffed. I genuinely will always now be reaching out to them for flooring jobs and recommend them to all my friends and family. They also fitted carpet for us in a bedroom and hallway and we are just waiting on our stair runner to be ready for it to be fitted. Thank you so much Sam and the team.

Despite paying a lot of money, I wasn't made to feel that I was wanted as a customer- was a stressful process in which the parameters of service were really unclear and predictably led to a disagreement where I felt pressured to make certain decisions and wasn’t treated like a customer who wanted to come to a reasonable agreement. The flooring itself came out fine, however, customer service was combative. I was shouted at in my home and garden. The helpers were lovely and did a great job. Overall, I did not recieve a professional service and wouldn’t recommend based off my own personal experience.

They latex and fitted 106sqm of 20mm engineered wood across large living and kitchen area as well as hallway and rooms, utility and office. Sam and his team are very professional, communication is clear, confirmed date and time and come on time , delivered best quality tradesmen work. Highly recommended.

The floor looked better than I imagined. Top team, great bants and very punctual too.

Sam was a pleasure to have in my home. I hired him because he knew what he was talking about and when he lifted my floor it was slightly worst then we thought, but Sam was on it with the solution. I would recommend him and would happily have Sam in my home. Also he had a helper called Dan and he kept my house tidy and done the jobs for Sam that would of took up his time, so I want to thank Dan to.

Sam is very responsive and very helpful throughout the whole job, and the flooring is nicely done! we are very happy with the whole process!

I cannot recommend Sam enough. I had a terrible experience with Tapi carpets and Sam stepped in and saved the day. He even came a day early and finished the job super quick. He was knowledgable, helpful and so easy to do business with. He arrived when he said and even cleaned up and put my fridge back. Thank you so much Sam I love the floor and so thankful that I can now move in.

A very personable young man, who will do anything to oblige the customer, in this case he worked on a Sunday, because it suited our timetable. Rubbish (Cardboard) was all cleared away and all the site was vacuumed. We would thoroughly recommend tis Company to all. Thank you Sam.

Samuel Windsor did an excellent job fitting Amtico flooring in our kitchen and hall stairs and landing carpet. He keeps in touch about the status of the order,arrives when he says he will and works very hard during the job. No tea- breaks and long phone calls.We thoroughly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.
