    shelving for recess and above radiators

    Vladimir has completed my orginal job spec which was to build and fit radiator shelves and also build and fit shelving in a recess in my sitting room. Both jobs were done to a very high standard. Vladimir is very honest, hardworking and conscientious. He is pleasant and completely reliable. He has since re-grouted a section of my bathroom and made shelves for a sideboard. He is also building a wardrobe for my daughter's bedroom and also a couple of side tables for my sitting room. Vladimir pays attention to every detail and I have no doubt I shall be delighted with his work when he has finished.

    Create hole and fit patio doors

    Vladimir undertook to put in a set of patio doors for me, making the hole fitting the doors and making good with plastering and rendering. He quoted 2 to 3 days work. The Job took 6 days and has still not been finished. His workmanship was appaulling. He was very messy, dropped and damaged the £900 door frame (he has not fixed it as he assured me he would). Bashed a hole in the end of my designer kitchen and has left me with rendering that looks like it has been done by a small child. The cost of the materials was twice what he quoted. I have renovated properties myself, and can assure anyone thinking of employing Vladimir that he is inexperienced, unskilled and careless. I hate to leave such bad feedback but hope it will help other people avoid the nightmare that is employing this tradesman.

    I AM VERY SURPRISED AND SHOCKED AT THIS HORRENDOUS FEEDBACK. IF A CUSTOMER IS DISPLEASED WITH MY WORK I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO DISCUSS AND RECTIFY ANY PROBLEM...HENCE THIS IS MY VERY FIRST NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. THIS FEEDBACK HAS PUT MY REPUTATION IN TO JEAPORDY AND I FIND IT EXTREMELY UNFAIR TO HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ME IF THIS CLIENT WAS NOT HAPPY. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO MAKE SUCH A BIG SCANDAL FOR SOMEBODY WITHOUT DISCUSSING A PROBLEM PREVIOUSLY. I ALWAYS ENDEVOUR TO BE HELPFUL AND HONEST BUT SADLY THIS HAS NOT BEEN APPRECIATED. PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER FEEDBACKS AND PREVIOUS CLIENTS BEFORE MAKING ANY JUDGEMENTS. THANKS VT PROPERTY

    repair to roof

    Came out very promptly and started job immediatley.Ended up doing other jobs for me which i asked him to look at when he came to look at roof. Removed old porch and new facia to extention roof. Arrived when agreed and would recommend him.

    Garage Conversion

    Dale and Vlad fitted a good sized kitchen for me. They were helpful and hard working and used common sense to resolve any problems which arose. The kitchen fit was completed in good time and the site left tidy each day. The quote they gave was very competitive and they did additional work for me, again at reasonable cost. I would recommend them and would have then do work for me again.

    ADDED EXTENSION TO HOUSE AND MAKING BUILT IN CUPBOARDS NEW ROOM WITH WINDOWS FLOORING AND VARIOUS OTHER JOBS WHICH THE CLIENT WAS VERY HAPPY WITH.

    They're very good, I'm very pleased with it. They're very skilled builders. They did an extension for me and some general renovations and they're very reliable, very dependable and I would use them again. Highly recommended.

    CONVERTED LOFT INTO 1 BEDROOM WITH 2 WINDOWS. BUILT VARIOUS CUPBOARDS. INSTALLED NEW BOILER. NEW FLOORING.INSTALLED NEW STEEL SUPPORTS.

    Vladimir did a very satisfactory job. He converted my loft to a beautiful bedroom . He installed two windows in there. He also installed a boiler and a few other smaller jobs. I would give him 100%. No complaints about him at all. Good, professional workman. I would definitely hire him again.
