I have nothing but praise for Adrian, Dave, Phil and Tom, they were all professional, friendly and hard working. From quote request to job sign off Adrian couldn't have been more helpful. The team turned up when they said they would and tidied up at the end of each working day. I threw in a few extra job's, which they took on no problem, they were all more than happy to help with every request. My conservatory transformation is truly stunning, I am so happy with the results. I will recommend West Mids Home Improvements to everyone I know! Thanks team :-)

Adrian and his team have done a fantastic job creating an extra living space for our family. From day one when we contacted Adrian he was able to give us trusted advise on what would be best from the requirements we provided. Then when they started the work we were so impressed by the efficiency and professionalism. The team showed up on time and they would never leave without cleaning up. They kept to the timeframes they said they would and we couldn’t believe how productive and quickly they completed. The quality of the work wowed us, it looks like it was always part of the house. We would highly recommend them to anybody such friendly and courteous individuals.

We inherited a very tired conservatory when we purchased our house a few years ago.The same old story too cold to economically heat in the winter and too hot to use during the summer months. We had enquired over the years with various companies that wanted us to either get rid of the conservatory and start again or replace the glass panels in the roof very with unattractive alternatives.All of this involved salesman and high-pressure selling techniques that we simply got tired of. Having had a recent 100% success with MyBuilder.com with other things that we had altered around the house, I decided to request quotes from builders who were interested in remodelling our conservatory again I had a few calls like above except for one from Adrian Sippetts who offered a solution over the phone and said he could call around to quote for the job. It was obvious he absolutely knew his trade and convinced me (without the usual pressure selling) that his solution would work well with our existing frame and windows by changing the glass roof for a well-insulated attractive alternative(both externally and internally) It was a leap of faith to go ahead with the idea but,in essence it totally exceeded our expectations and has solved cold / hot and economy issues. The whole experience was very smooth and efficient and all the construction team Adrian, Dave, Phil and Tom were excellent hard-working professionals who also left the work site completely clean every day. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Adrian and his team have done an amazing job replacing our conservatory and roof. They were professional at all times, on time and cleaned up each night. Adrian kept us informed the whole way through. We can’t thank them enough. The finished work has completely exceeded our expectations. Amazing service and great team! Would 100% recommend to anyone as they were reliable, hard working, polite and honest. They made sure we were always happy with the outcome each day before leaving. At the end of the day everything was spotless and left extremely tidy with nothing in the way. The workmanship is outstanding and have had neighbours asking to see.

Adrian and his team completed my conservatory improvement on time, were very polite and professional. They completed the job at the highest standard and the quality of the result is the best I have ever seen. I definitely got my money's worth to say the least and it was worth the wait.
