Just had a double story side extension built with loads of internal alterations carried out. Andy and his team are a brilliant bunch of lads, very approachable, clean and extremely hard working. The standard of work is first class and I would have no hesitation in hiring them for any future work. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. In a world of cowboy builders, these guys are certainly not! It was completed on time and within budget. Andy has a great vision for planning and will tell you if better alternatives are available, he and his team have transformed what was our small family 3 bed home into what is now completely suited to our needs with 5 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/living room, a snug area with separate utility area,downstairs toilet and an ensuite. If your thinking of having building work done, creation building services are the complete package. Thank you for transforming our home life.

The work was generally ok but there is a lack integrity when things go wrong, for instance a fitting failed in my kitchen resulting in a large flood downstairs. While trying to sort it I just got defensive comments and denial, I gave up and sorted myself in the end. any warranties seem worthless.

Andy gave very helpful advice and did a very competent job making good failing brickwork on two chimney stacks which was causing damp problems internally in an attic room. He also re-tiled the roof of an outbuilding. A very neat job. Andy was always ready to explain clearly what these jobs entailed. The cost of the work was fair and came in as per Andy's quote. I would definitely approach him again for further work on the property.
