Never heard from him again

After giving a quote which I accepted, exchanged few emails and he has disappeared. Not contacted me for 2 weeks when I already started to prepare the floor and put outside the storage my items which are scattered around my house in order to keep the space clear for him.

If I could give more stars I would, five stars does not cover the unbelievable service from start to finish The final pieces are stunning, even better than I could have imagined, I’m in love with them, and the process was a joy; Bill worked with me every step of the way, always giving me options, advice, expertise, so that the finished product was 100 per cent perfect and 100 per cent what I wanted He is the most patient and accommodating person too - never rushing, pressuring, forcing or denying an idea / decision. There was never no. Whenever I came up with a new idea - no matter how small and simple or creative and complicated - he never said no, rather investigated how best to achieve it. Every time. As well as technical expertise, Bill also has an encyclopaedic knowledge of design. Also — I’m in disbelief at how fast he works, from concepting and designing to building and delivering within weeks!! I will always come to Bill moving forward for any and all carpentry

Absolutely superb! I employed Bill to complete a bespoke high bed for my son, with gaming area below and purpose built staircase. From start to finish Bill was accommodating, efficient, put up with my exacting standards (openly admit I’m fussy!) with a smile on his face at all times and he completed the job with precision and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble. Bill was tidy, polite, friendly and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the finished job. I would highly recommend Bill, so much so, that I have since employed him again to complete a bespoke media wall unit and already this is exceeding my expectations. Well worthy of 5 stars.

Turned up to look was given drawings, seemed on it very charming… then never got back even after being chased.

WDP were efficient, accommodating and did the work quickly and well. Certainly would use again.

Bill created a very large beautiful table for our office space, his communication is excellent and was efficient with providing a quote and CAD drawings.

I can recommend Bill unreservedly as a talented professional who conceived and completed work to a very high standard and on budget, and who was a pleasure to have around. I wanted a room partition done, with a system of hinged panels or doors, and I feared that this would sound slightly crazy, but Bill was not fazed, and produced drawings of my 'concept' before turning them into reality.

Bill did an incredible job on our fitted shoe/coat storage. It was put together quickly with care and Bill was really efficient. Looking forward to him coming back to do more work and I couldn’t recommend him enough.
