The job started okay with Tommy arriving on the agreed day. Then he started having trouble with his equipment which meant delays kicked in. He asked for his money before completion of job due to costly repairs to his equipment and I trusted and paid him. Then he had an issue with his family which meant he didn’t come back on agreed date but promised to come and finish the job the following week. He came, collected the equipment, promised to be back in a few hours and disappeared. The job was left incomplete and I have had no response to texts or calls.

Tommy completed the job at a very reasonable rate and to a high standard. He shared photos of the completed works to give assurance. He also fixed a few other issues we had on our roof and guttering which is greatly appreciated

Walton R&G responded quickly to my enquiry and attended the next day to complete the works. Their pricing is reasonable and they also assisted me with another minor gutter issue. 5/5

Tommy was a great communicator, fast and prompt. He fixed the issue and recommended other works which he could do there and then. Cost was very reasonable and the work was undertaken quickly, efficiently and with expertise. Will not hesitate to use again in the future - highly recommended.
