This is the second time this company has done fiberglass work for us in Derby. During the second job, communication via messaging went smoothly, and we accepted the quote. The work was excellent, especially given the 10-year warranty the company offers. However, a leak developed this time (one month after installation new roof); we contacted the company using the same method as before, but a month has passed without a response. Basically, they have disappeared. I would not entrust my property's roof to this company. Now I have to contact another company to fix this problem.Review from Graham, Nottingham Graham, Nottingham

So just spoke to someone regarding guttering I needed doing. Came up as 3 miles from Kettering so thought great. Actually based in Newarke and was not listening to what I said for a quote. Definitely based in Newarke.Answer from tradesperson:

William and Keith did an excellent job to make my Dormer window watertight again. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
