Zak was great. Arrived on time and did the job to perfection. Our hallway needed a single tile replaced. Zak cut the spare tile to fit around our door frame and it looks as if it was the original one. Great work Zak, would hire again!!

Amazing work man with Great Team. Very hard working as he some days came to my home 7.30 AM , and even I wasn’t living there he had my house keys 24/7 , very trustworthy and some days he carried out work till 6-7 clock . I couldn’t believe this is some one I actually hired. Best person and humble man I ever met , didn’t ask penny more. Also one of my tiller let me down and he stand and said I will do that also , very reasonable price amazing job . He finished everything in tip top condition. Project was 8 rooms painted with hallways. It was finished on time. Just wanted to say BIG THANK YOU for ZAK and Team. I will be hiring you again.

Good communication, reasonably priced

Absolute cowboys- contacted in June to tile the bathroom and the work started quickly, this is the only positive thing I can say about the experience. Zak and his team have left me with a bathroom not fit for purpose, exposed pipe work from the shower not being fitted back properly and did not waterproof the walls despite it being a legal requirement to do so. The job was also £400 more expensive than originally quoted. The job took nearly a week longer than it was supposed to making the house practically inhabitable for my family. They also piled all their rubbish in our back yard, cigarette butts and used plaster buckets included and didn’t even bother to bag it. When I approached Zak as to why they had left the yard in this state he told me that he couldn’t dispose of any of the rubbish from the job because he didn’t have his van. Avoid at all costs.

I could not recommend Zak and his colleagues more highly enough. They are excellent at their job and they exceed expectations. All within a timeframe. Zak is also efficient in communication and very polite. I would recommend Zak and his team if you want a job well done .

AVOID AVOID AVOID, cowboy builder. In April Zak renovated my entire bathroom put hot and cold water supply on the wrong way round having to break into the bedroom wall to get this resolved, 4months later leak bringing kitchen ceiling down, he is denying he didn’t change pipes etc. I have all evidence to prove. I need this damage partially refunded to get this damage resolved!!
