I have been building extensions in the Cumbria area for the last 7 years. I have been in the building industry for the past 30 years. I have done refurbishments for local home owners and landlords. I am a joiner by trade.

    Wayne and his team did an excellent job on a complicated extension and alteration to my house. The guys were pleasant to have around, always tidied up and make things safe. Very hard working and great quality. Would definitely use again.

    Wayne built a large two storey extension off a steel frame above an existing garage for us. The job was complicated by party wall and planning issues which caused extensive delays but Wayne took it all in his stride. I have a fair bit of building experience and have worked with quite a few builders over the years and I would happily work with Wayne again, he is a good solid builder, very fair, has good communication and is excellent value for money. No hesitation in a full recommendation.

    Wayne and his team did a good job on my vaulted ceiling, 1 day to prepare and 1 day plastering, removed all the rubbish, all at a good price. I would use WDH for any other building work I might require.
