I found Vidas and his team as part of my search when looking at doing a total house refurb, extension and general building work for my house in Dulwich, SE21. He was one of seven tenders I received, from the moment he entered the process till the last day of the build - his communication, attitude and project management skills have been faultless.
He is less of a builder and more of a craftsmen.
My wife and I do not regret for one moment in hiring Vidas and the team, Mantas, Mario, Edgar, Steppa to name a few of the guys who were with us for over 6 months. All of them worked solid 8-5pm, no radios, no boiling water for tea - amazing team, solid, committed and worked tireless including weekends.
In that time they completely pulled apart our 5 bed house - took it back to the brick on all walls, roof was taken off, rear of the house was removed, and internal walls taken down.
And then they beautifully, skilfully and expertly put it all back together over 6 months into a showroom quality house that others are now admiring.
I have no hesitation in recommending Vidas - he has put my faith and all of my friends faiths back in builders.
Vidas told me he would do the house in 6 months - and we had to trust as we were renting elsewhere. Needless to say he hit that deadline exactly and we moved in before Christmas - something which other builders said could not be done in less than 8!
If you get a chance to get VA build and the team then I would snap them up.

Vidas and his team did a fantastic job with our property refurb project and I can't recommend him highly enough. He completely stripped out property back to brick and rebuilt if from the ground up. We had some quite particular requirements requiring the removal and creation of new partition walls and Vidas was able to accommodate and direct us in how we could address each requirement. We are very happy with the finish and have had many compliments from other tradesmen on the quality of the work. We did have some minor snagging after the project was complete but Vidas was very accommodating in coming back to rectify these issues. I would highly recommend Vidas and look forward to using him again in any future projects.

Vidas was a pleasure to work with. We had a full house refurbishment done, electrics, ceilings, skirting, doors, architraves, new floors throughout the whole house, bathroom, kitchen, front door, full re-plastering, replacing a small window etc. The work was done to a very high standard and finished on time, despite a large amount of extra work which needed doing (we discovered leaking pipes under the house, drainage issues out the back and more...). No corners were cut and all underlying issues were openly discussed to find the best solution so the house will stay solid for another 100 years!. Vidas held weekly progress meetings, so we knew we were on track to finish on time, all the staff were very friendly also. We have no complaints, and will use again for some landscaping work in the front/back garden, later in the year.
