Reasonable rates and work completed promptly

George and Graham did a great job. At a competitive price and with very professional communications.

George gave me a competitive quote for numerous jobs in my house. As a Landlord living abroad it gave me great confidence to get regular updates showing his great communication skills. His work was neat and tidy and my tennants were extremely happy with his punctuality.I would have no problem in using Utopia Construction for further jobs on my property, or recomending them to friends and family.

The lads came round very promptly, did the job for the agreed price in no time at all and even offered some free advice to help avoid needing to use them in the future, they were professional and friendly and I would recommend using them.
