Work carried out to a very high standard and cleanliness was top notch too with all the dust. Ben was really knowledgeable and gave good advice. He gave me the best solution for my condensation problem, rather than the most expensive. Ben was very friendly and approachable. The other man who came with him, also named Ben was friendly also. The last few days the weather has been particularly bad and the condensation in my bedroom has reduced significantly. March 31 2021 Ben came out & gave me a quote for a big damp problem that I have had for for some time. He explained everything in a Email to me & the price. We agreed on a day & time as my daughter is working from home & can not have a lot of noise, so he came on a Saturday promptly on time with another guy both wearing masks. They put floor covering down to protect the carpets . After they had done there job , the Electrician came & did his part in wiring the PIV unit in the loft. After all the work was completed they tidy round & hooved up. Ben showed me a picture of the work that had been done in the loft. Ben team did a great job & would have no trouble in recommending them & also all very polite . Isla
