About The Property Paramedic

I have been in the Trade for over 22 years and have vast experience with all types of Windows, Doors & Locks inc Timber, Aluminium & UPVC, as well as Garage door repairs.

I always believe in putting the Customer first and I am very open and honest and most importantly Fair with my pricing structure.

I am able to carry out all types of repairs even the smallest ones which many companies are not intrested in as they wish only to undertake larger works.

I do not sell any new windows or doors I only repair so please feel safe knowing that I will never try to upsell you to a new window or door. If the worst comes to the worst and I cant repair it (Never happened yet!) I will simply be honest with you and recommend you get in a different supplier.

I carry a purpose stocked vehicle with many spare parts and many tools, so I can offer a high first time fix percentage, meaning less multiple visits. Obviously its not always possible but I will be as accommodating as I can with return visits.

    Kris Farndell, was extremely efficient. Arrived exactly when agreed, removed 11 windows and fitted trickle vents quickly and quietly with no mess and no fuss. I was able to work from home on calls with no disturbance.
    An excellent, high quality job from a very knowledgeable craftsman. Very honest as well: we had asked for a quote for 12 vents, but Kris assessed that we needed only 11 and reduced the price accordingly. Very efficient home operation with booking and invoicing carried quickly by Kris’s daughter.

    The trickle vents have also eliminated our condensation problem overnight.
