Zafar advised the service he provides would not be appropriate as I was renovating the property and the amounts were of damp and mould were due to cold spots. He will send me information about how to clean the mould and damp. As well as to get the insulation checked. I appreciate that he came out and advised me honestly rather than sell his services.

Zaffar and his team were excellent throughout. We agreed on the price and date, with the price being very reasonable. He explained what he'd be doing to treat the mould and it made complete sense to me. Communication was excellent all the way through. When it came time to do the job, he explained that there is a wider issue with water coming in from the roof in multiple areas, so it wouldn't be worth doing the treatment as we'd likely see mould again in a few weeks. This was appreciated and instead he did what he could and charged me a small fraction of the original cost. It definitely pays to be honest in this business and I'll definitely be calling The Mould Team again for future issues. Thank you Zaffar and Team
