My wife and I hired Terry and his team to redecorate the walls in our newly bought house. This involved stripping wallpaper and lining paper in several rooms, redoing two Artex ceilings, replastering where needed, repainting all interior walls, sanding and repainting the woodwork: stairs, doors, skirtings, picture rails. All this was discussed upfront, and we agreed on the money. We gave Terry the keys to the empty house and allowed him and his team to work in our absence. The job took 6 weeks instead of the estimated 3, due to various complications: there were multiple layers of lining paper which made stripping it more difficult, and the hot temperatures slowed down the plastering work. We moved in after the 3 weeks and settled in the loft, allowing the team to finish renovating the rest of the house. The team did good work on ceilings and replastering walls, but the painting was rushed. They left unfinished spots, many rough edges especially around door frames, light switches and wall outlets; the banisters and the front door would have needed at least one more coat of paint; interior doors were painted roughly and wouldn't close anymore; and they used a cheaper brand of wall paint even though they had initially prommised to use Dulux. I get that there were complications, but presumably Terry had factored in some risk in his price quote. Terry's team was indeed skilled and capable, and I wish things would have ended better. I wish them all the best anyway.

Terry did a good job and was punctual. He also put an extra coat free of charge as 2 wasn't enough to cover the underlying colour.

Terry and Fred just finished up painting the hallways. The place looks fantastic and I’ll definitely be using them again. Both are really friendly, work quickly and deliver top quality. Very responsive on messages and questions and pricing was competitive.

Terry was good to communicate with, he came over quickly to quote and I was particularly impressed at how quickly he was able to do the job. Throughout the job he was also great at replying to messages quick and happily managed things with my tenant as to not make me the middleman which was fantastic. His costs were also very competitive. At the end of the job there were a couple of tiny bits that had been missed, but Terry was straight back to sort them out without any issues. I will be using Terry's services again and can recommend him.

I had my hallway painted and decorated. I was amazed how quickly Terry worked. He carried out some plaster work from a previous botched job which was great. I am very pleased with the work. Both Terry and his helper Fred are polite and friendly. Made my hallway look beautiful, bright and brand new. Reasonably priced that I would highly recommend. We won’t hesitate to use Terry’s services again.
