Martin came over and examined the wall and advised that it was not structural. I felt confident in his knowledge and he very kindly didn't even charge me given that no further work was needed!

Martin is a highly skilled professional whose work is meticulous and done to a very high standard at great value. He has all round building skills as well as the capability to run major projects. He is highly responsive and service centred. We continue to utilise his services on all types of projects both big and small. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others for all types of building and project works.

Finding Martin, a true professional in construction, saved us a great deal in more ways than one. I work with contractors regularly and Martin is a notch above the rest. We had a potential structural problem in an old property in Somerset – a job that needs experience. After a few unprofessional and non-competitive quotes, we were lucky enough to find Martin and his team. He showed ability to identify problems, with an accomplished capability to structural aspects of a building. All his work was done to a high professional standard and his vigorous desire for best practise and communication was obvious. We were in a desperate position to get the job done quickly and properly, so the sale of the property could occur. Martin showed understanding of our needs and gave much needed advice on building control regulations. It was all done without a fuss. I would highly recommend Martin and his team for any work from renovations to larger builds, at a competitive price. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Some aspects of the job were done very well, some done quite badly. Won't go into detail and hence leaving neutral feedback.

Unreliable with coming to job when agreed, took longer to complete. Usually only arrived in the afternoons, annoyed neighbours in semi-detached house by hammering and drilling up to 3 am. Very poor quality work much needs re-doing. Mains cable left hanging loose in cupboard, removed insulation to fit loft boarding rather than raising the height of the boards. No provision of ventilation for utility room.
