Very impressed with work, highly recommended - thank you

Wayne was excellent from first engagement to the completion of the works, which was prompt, of a very high standard and completed on agreed budget. He fitted a new door frame and fire door into the entryway from garage to conservatory. Wayne was polite and courteous, and helpfully explained the decisions to be made and appropriate options for us. Most importantly he was highly skilled and produced a finish we are very satisfied with, correcting work done by a cowboy, previously. We would definitely use Tamway Construction for future projects.

The extension does look very good and friends and family have said so too. I think the builders were good people and the structure of the extension was built well. There are small bits I think could have been handled or finished better though. There was a disagreement over the position of the traffic door on the bifold doors. The position was amended but we have no magnet to stop the traffic door from swinging. I asked for it to be fixed but emails were ignored. We had some doors hung internally and the latches were not fitted for all of the doors. Alot of wood filler was needed on the doors frames too as the fitter did not do this. The pipes behind the basin in the bathroom are too close to the wall and had to be angled to the taps instead of sitting straight. The toilet cistern is also so close to the wall that the lid doesn't fit properly. The pipe from the washing machine to the outside was very loose and had to be replaced. There was also quite a wait for a grabber truck to come and clear the building waste away. I think the skylight looks great and so does the kitchen, although I was disappointed to be given the quote to fit the kitchen the day before it was done. I felt like we had to have it done and could not shop around to see if we could get a better deal. I would recommend them overall as I think they did a good job on the shell of the extension and use good quality materials. We particularly liked Dave and Nick, who worked methodically and were v nice.

Wayne is a very friendly person and tidy worker. Done a brilliant job on replacing the kitchen plumbing and new sink also fitting our cupboards and worktop. Highly recommend.We definitely would like Wayne back to do more work very soon.

I have recently asked Tamway construction to carry out the carpentry work for me, in Maidstone, All Personnel under the guidance of Wayne were , very courteous to all tenants, made no mess , very efficient tradespeople and communicated extremely well with everyone, nothing was too much trouble , The work was carried out to specification , to a very good standard, and to budget, All areas were left clean , and all complied to rules and regs, Would gladly ask for there help again,

Wayne's knowledge of the trade, and understanding his clients has made the experience of a new kitchen and some general changes to our Mobile home seem easy. He has supported us all the way with hints and tips. His team were on site everyday and kept us informed daily of progress. They were all friendly and easy to talk to, professional and respectful to our neighbours. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tamway Construction - Wayne and his team for any building project. It has been a pleasure working with him.

The work was done to a very high standard with thoughtful ideas to ensure a lovely finish. Very friendly service. Took care to clear up after work completed. Would highly recommend Tamway.
