    Very reasonable price,Very good communications and very flexible.I asked him so many questions and his reply showed that he was fast communicator and calm.
    All repys were professional.
    Unfortunatley I was unable to get all completed task pictures which he mentioned that was because of safety he couldnt take the picuture well.

    Except that he had fast communication,I am looking forward to use his service again in future to change the gutter as he mentioned that it was brittle and very old as his advisory.

    Not sure if he could have done the vertical gutter spout too on the same price though.

    A very reliable pleasant gentleman. Worked hard, Fascia's & Soffits well fitted, all rubbish cleared away as promised. Had the house painted, but I think this was rushed at the end, Simon I know was in pain with his knee, but there was a lot of paint splashed on other area's, not totally all his doing. I would always recommend Simon, not sure about the painting side of things though, sorry. Although I must add he did offer to come back & rectify any issues I had. The only other thing is, I would in future have an itemised estimate, so we all know exactly is wanted.

    Simon turned up on a gastly hideous freezing cold morning and proceeded to haul his ladders off of the roof of his van he carried these round to the back of the property and proceeded in clearing the left and right hand gutters of a three story townhouses here at Holborough Lakes I was very impressed with Simon he was pleasant courteous carried out the works that were required but didn't at any time put himself at risk which having worked in the new homes industry I was quite pleased about. I would recommend Simon to anybody in the local area and can confirm that I will be using him at a property that we own at INGRES Park in the north of Kent to clear gutters et cetera
