Hi, my name is Steven Brady and I am the director of SPB Building Services Ltd. I am a multi-skilled general builder and a plasterer by trade. I have over 30 years of experience in the building industry.
We do already have a large customer base and obtain most of our work through word of mouth and recommendations. We have joined this site to add to our list of customers and broaden our area of work from London to the South East.
In the past we have worked for some high profile clients and leading commercial property owners.
Our work is high spec, high standard and often bespoke.
We are an established team of qualified tradesmen who have been working together for the last 20 years.

  • Regrout and Sealant Replacement

    Steve and Liam were very efficient and arrived on time. Liam worked really hard....just shut the door and got on with it. The regrouting was a very messy job but he cleaned up as much as possible. A few of the mosaic tiles chipped which was a shame but we was told that this could happen at the beginning of the day. Really pleased with the result....the tiles and grouting look so much cleaner and the sealant around the bath is very straight and neat. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

  • Convert cupboard into efficient laundry & storage area

    Excellent service from Steve and the team. Better than I dared dream to find in London. Steve came out quickly, arrived on time (early in the morning) provided a very efficient online estimate and cheerful, tidy workmen. He kept me up to date with progress and accommodated my last minute requirements. I shall not hesitate to hire him again and will also be recommending him to my friends.
