I never enjoy having to deal with Trades people, you never know quite what your going to get and even if they can be bothered to turn up.
Right from the start Gary turned up on time to quote for the job, His communications were good throughout, we needed our job completed on a certain week / 2 weeks due to people in the house being shift workers. Gary let me when skips were coming and when scaffolders were coming and they all turned up when he said they would.
He turned up every morning when he said he would and has made a good job of my roof, along with new Facias,soffits and guttering.
When Gary had finished I noticed a problem with a down pipe which he came and rectified the following morning. I then found a further minor problem in the loft, which again he came and rectified the following morning no quibbles.

We wanted a complete new roof, dry ridge and edges, to us this was a huge job and once in a lifetime job. We could not have picked a better person and roofer than Gary, from quoting to the end of the job Gary was excellent, great communication, on time, explained the job, did exactly what we wanted and the roof was perfect. His quote was very competitive and he did not expect a penny until we were happy with the job. He sorted everything, from skip, scaffolding, materials and ensured the job was always left safe and clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary and could not have been happier with choosing him, on top of all this, he is a genuinely really decent person and will always be happy that we chose him to do the job. If you are thinking of a roofing job, then you won’t go wrong in picking Gary, I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Gary is friendly, professional and thorough. He and his team work very hard and turn up not just on time but early. We were kept informed of exactly what was happening and this made us feel very confident about the job. The roof now looks great! Would definitely recommend.
