Replace combi boiler in flat.
A new boiler was required in a 2 bedroom flat placed in a difficult position. Richard managed to take out the old boiler and fix the new one without having to remove a stud wall. The room was left extremely tidy. To get into the flat Richard had to obtain the keys from my partner from her place of work. He arranged to be there at a certain time and was punctual. I have used Richard on numerous occasions to install radiators, boilers and showers. He has always been very reliable, tidy and I have left him alone in the property. I have recomemded him to both friends and family as his work has always been to a high standard.
