Permafix have been an absolutely brilliant company & extremely helpful service from their staff (especially Debbie who is always there to answer my questions). When other companies did not take me seriously at ALL because I was only in the process of buying the property, Permafix helped me in deciding the best solution.

Really impressed with David' and the teams professionalism and quality of work. They managed to work to a tight personal deadline set by us despite short notice. Just had Perma-Fix to repair a damp wall in my conservatory.

They responded promptly to my enquiry and came to analyse the problem and suggest a solution.

The specialist builder did a brilliant job. He removed the plaster, put in a membrane and re-plastered the wall, replacing the power points.

He arrived on time, was neat and tidy, and cleaned up after himself.

The repaired wall looks as good as new. The quality of the workmanship is top class.

At all times we found Perma-Fix to be professional and efficient and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Highly recommend perm-fix. Sorted damp in our living room. Clean & tidy, minimal mess whilst work underway....Afterwards everything returned to normal inside & outside. Plaster replaced to high standard. Skirting replaced & renewed where required. Carpets laid back down....no complaints at all! Very happy customer.

David and the team are all very nice and we felt confident having them in our home. They took a bit longer than expected as they had problems with their plumber apparently. However everything was done to a high standard in the end. Only issue really was I had specifically asked for my brand new cork floor to be taken care of but it was covered in dust which was a bit annoying as it gets into the hairline gaps between tiles. I also had to hoover out my gas fireplace - which wasn't totally possible. So there was quite a lot of cleaning up and main annoyance was that dust cannot always be totally removed. However, we were very pleased with the job overall and would recommend them. Swung between positive and neutral because of the dust left initially although they came to clean up some afterwards to be fair (we'd already done most) and overall did think it was positive. A fair price as well. Wanted all money before guarantee given, hadn't come across this before but it was in the terms and conditions - we just hadn't spotted it. There was no problem getting guarantee once we'd paid though, not that I'd thought there would be. Do use them, you would be pleased.
